I just saw some of your videos for the first time. It is good to hear from you as I see you have not posted in some time. I have had unprovoked panic attacks for about seven years. I have gotten a lot better over time and I have less panic attacks each year. I hope you are getting better every day. I saw the video where you talk about your fear of being alone in a grocery store and I felt connected to your story in the sense that other people don't understand your fear. I wish the best for you!

@kmbvhgfvg thank you for your comment. I do good for what se4ems like months at a time, but then, sometimes for no apparent reason, I'll relapse into my depression. I'm actually looking into checking myself into a mental health facility. I'm not happy and I'm sick of it. I want and should enjoy my life
