LOTR / Les Mis - Dog Eats Dog / The Sewers

Thénardier (Gollum) loots from the corpses of the dead students and soldiers at the barricades, and takes from Marius a ring. Meanwhile, Valjean (Aragorn) recovers and, remembering that Marius got injured, looks for him among the slain.
But the newly-freed Chief Inspector Javert is not far behind....

NOTES:

- Sooo, I put this together in one day, after realizing there needed to be some segway between "The Final Battle" and "Javert's Suicide" (next).
- LOL, there are Thénardier's "buddies" again!
- This is actually only an excerpt from "Dog Eats Dog", sung by Thénardier. I felt the rest was unnecessary, especially since I'm a time crunch to get these finished before I move out.
- So, in the musical, the last part of the music plays when Valjean is carrying Marius through the sewers to save his life. But I did a different take on it, with him looking for Marius, since I couldn't really show Valjean carrying him and stuff. It was pretty fun, I always love doing things like that!

I don't think I ever realized how many corpses get strewn about through LotR until I saw this...

I love your Thénardier/Gollum! And I think the search for Marius was an excellent choice. It makes it somehow even more intense, because he doesn't just have to get the frak out of there, he has to FIND the boy and THEN get the frak out of there. Really, really nice...and I can't wait for Javert! XD

I just finished watching the Little Fall of Rain, Final Battle, and now this one. All of them were done VERY well, You really are modest about the quality of your editing.

The Final Battle: I personally (this is just me) would have put the wall blowing up on the dischord at the end of the instrumental, but I do like the overview of the dead elves at the end, it was very good!

Can't wait for Javert's suicide I'm sure you won't disappoint
