Mithotyn - King of the Distant Forest

Mithotyn were a unique band. They've performed viking/black metal with folk influences. They've released plenty of demos, and three studio albums.

"King of the Distant Forest" is from the album with the same name. It has been released in 1998.

@NoNeed4Sympathy Yes. Falconer has been found by two past-members of Mithotyn (Stefan Weinerhall and Karsten Larsson). They still play in Falconer.

I like both Mithotyn and Falconer...

Mithotyn has better instruments, while Falconer has the best vocalist in power metal (Mathias) imo

Both are great bands nonetheless
