五星級廚師快速還原法!
因為油比水輕!煮湯類泡著會讓自然吃油黑亮的油容易流失(釋放鐵離子),泡水、煮水或煮酸性食物如筍乾、桑葚醬、鳳梨醬等富含維生素C是促進非血紅素鐵吸收的強力因素,鍋­子會呈現較白或鐵質氧化的現象,好像沒有皮的蘋果、牛旁,也會有鐵質氧化的自然現象.
基本上生鐵鍋沒有毒素!可以還原哦!先倒一點食用油,用3M菜瓜布、鋼絨或粗砂布,只需把氧化生銹的部位刷到看見白色,洗一洗擦乾.再空燒1分鐘會先像燒焦然後變更綿密白­色,然後火關掉20秒後,再滴4-5滴油在鍋內抹一抹即可產生新油膜自然吃油黑亮的.
新油膜是深藍色,用久是黑色.
別忘了!煮湯類不要泡著,不用時要烘乾!就不會像生銹一樣!會形成穩固油膜,自己保護自己.天然不沾鍋!會用教不會用的人,把健康傳承下去!
