Corporations already have enough tax breaks and loopholes that need to be reconsidered before they ever look at reducing the corporate tax since none of these incentives will produce more jobs.

  • Who rates a fair return?

I totally disagree. Get rid of regulations, let the big boys get a taste of competition in a free-market.

Let the man on the street become a tailor, let a farmer sell his produce and LET THE PEOPLE decide price by value.

    Period.

  • @RebelRadius Agree! Fair free market w/o advantages, just competition determining success. Regulation: Some are needed. Would have been better a few years ago if government had more involvement in regulation and oversight of the financial industry. Also comforting to board plane and know that government has regulations regarding inspection and maintenance. And do you think nursing home owners always operate in patients best interests. Sometimes profit motive gets in way of consumer safety.

  • I don't understand how my fellow Republicans can give away all that power and money to Corporations. Are these people mindless that they can't see through how their politicians have sold them out? Good commentary.

  • I like Joe's stuff. I put this video on my Jurygov. org site under the education tab. The site explores the reasons/possibilities to replace congress with Jurors. Congress is now in session 104 days a year, about 80 less than a teacher. They vote for bills they have never read or listened to its merits, as even when congress is in session, they are not seated. They are out on a party with lobbyist. I hope Joe will look into this and do a commentary video.

  • Never understood Congress voting tax breaks for corporations rather than us consumers, or giving big business billions in bail outs and stimulus and not worry how constituents were going to survive, or not knowing way to get economy going is money in peoples pockets to spend and get business to compete with products and prices for that money. They did agree with Supreme Court declaring corporations as persons so they can contribute billions to candidates campaigns and control our country.

  • @TheAverageJoeus I still disagree. If an airline did not maintain a multi-million dollar aircraft, that would be financial suicide. If customers were not happy with standards opted by this airline, then the airline would go broke. If the airline was found at fault they could be sued. If a nursing home is not up to standard then it too would be out of business.

My standards may not be yours. I might be more than happy to opt for a cheaper airline.

    Choice!!! not dictatorship & coercion
