This short video is dedicated to all of you out there who enjoy workouts on the elliptical as much as me. Hi, My name is Steve I've been into Cardio Training for almost 24 years and now I want to share a few of my exciting techniques with you. My goal is to reach out and inspire many of you and I do believe with the help of this video you will reach a higher and more intense workout in a fun and exciting way. Believe me now I can cycle as long as 4 hours with a speed from 260-280 strides per minute (spm) and you can too so check out this video and get the inspiration to workout excellence!!

  • Hey!! I just checked out some of DJ steve's Videos, wennt to his profile and saw this VIdeo. Now I know I've seen him before. I've ssen hem at XSport in Darien, Lombard, Alirngton Heights and Bolingbrook. He is all over the place showing people how to get up their groove on those machines! THis guy is DEVASTATING on those things! I've never seen anybody go THAT FAST and SO LONG!! You have to check him out in person. He could start in the afternoon and go on almost non stop until night!!

  • I tried your advice and in 1 week I was able to pick up my strides from 125 to 160 and I'm even able to last over an hour and, get this, I LOST 15 BLS TOO!! I'd pay some serious money for one of your videos. THANK YOU!

  • I didn't know how easy this is. I though he was making this up when said this could be fun and exciting but now I have to admit this is fun and it raises my spirits throught the day and helps rid stress too.

  • So I should use the lowest difficulty setting and just go as quickly as I can? I've always used the highest resistance I could and gone really slow, I've never tried your technique yet. Also, are you using any bar for your hands or just hands-free?
