Surely, its absolutely pivotal that people are educated against this kind of thing, Western societies seem to be moving away from analytical, skeptical and enlightened ways of thinking and plunging deeper and deeper into the realms of irrationality, gullibility and I think this could have a profound effect on the future of places like the US. It really makes me mad that people like Van Praagh take advantage of, and make a living off gullible people. Someone who deceives you into thinking he can communicate with your deceased relatives, and makes a profit off it it, is about the lowest scum I can imagine. This guy is nothing more than a con artist. He can dress it up any way he wants, but he is a fraud, a charletan, a con man, and he needs to be held accountable.

What I'm saying is, assuming there is spirits and demons(this alone is giving you a huge freebee) then how do you know how they work? The verse you cited simply says God detests mediums, and doesn't state how they work.
