I just dont get what people think about. they have no morals anymore. they wanna steal from other people, or try to act hard infront of there little kids in a public place.

For spastics like the guy who tried to rob pbone it should stop them though. Again I'd like to reiterate I'm NOT a burglar of any sort but a coded alarm system is something I could disarm myself with the right tools...

A burglar COULD actually sue him if the dog did severe damage, but it really depends on the state. In the state of Florida for example, you can shoot a person breaking into your car. In Wisconsin, it is illegal. Most likely, the judge would drop the case if his dog attacked him. However, if the burglar was killed and the family wanted to due him, its still possible. Again, it depends on the state, the courts, and the judge. I have taken Criminology courses in college.
