And it doesn't widen' out your chest. If he knew atonomy he would know that the muscle fibres that go from the middle of your chest, only stretch out till your musculus deltoideus (shoulder muscle) which mean that when you go further down than chest line, you're no longer stretching your chest muscle, but your shoulder muscle. Its okay to go to chestline, you wont be hurting your joints here because the muscle fibres in your chest is attached in the middle ... -

i only have one 20lb weight is it alright if i just switch it up after each set or should i wait till i get another weight???
