With up to 85% of 'BC Bud' being exported to the United States, the trade has become an international issue. Follow filmmaker Adam Scorgie as he demystifies the underground market and brings to light how an industry can function while remaining illegal. Through growers, police officers, criminologists, economists, doctors, politicians and pop culture icons, Scorgie examines the cause and effect nature of the business - an industry that may be profiting more by being illegal.

The basic point of this documentary is to present the facts about Marijuana. It focuses less on the BC market and more on the reasons why marijuana should be viewed in the same light as alcohol and tobacco. It argues for the legalization of marijuana. The argument is compelling and factual with many legititamate sources.

Wow of all my years thinking pot was a bad drug and now I think different...i considered it bad at the time but wayyyy behind alchohol and tabacco and I also feared its against my religion but I see that in the hebrew bible jesus smoked cannibus. And now that I look at this they should really legalize it hands down and to tell you the honest truth pot brings people together. For example bob marley, bradley nowell (away from his herion overdose) it brings love back into the world. God bless

I talked to a guy who does in-home installs of his product here in BC, his estimation was that one in 6 houses contain a pot plant, I do in-home work myself but I've never been shown that grow room. Not once in 10 years have a seen a pot plant in a house. The products I work on are normally in plain view, the products he works on are kinda basement based.

I cant believe that the worlds leaders could be so blind, why don't they open their eyes & ears to see & hear the facts...
