  • ab exercises dont burn belly fat effectively. its a waste of time if thats what your trying to accomplish. compound exercises lift deadlift or squating is far superior

  • you can't spot reduce.....

  • worried about gaining more weight over the holiday weekend. I hope if I can start an exercise routine now I will offset some calories and set myself up to diet starting next week! I hate to exercise but am going to try this because I have heard its effective.
