SASSY SECRET IS FULL OF SHIT TRUST ME! WHEN YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE WIGS THEY DONT HELP YOU AT ALL. NEVER BUY FROM THEM I BOUGHT A WIG FROM THEM AND IT WAS THE WRONG UNIT SIZE AND I AM STILL FIGHTING THEM TO GET MY REFUND AFTER SENDING IT BACK.

i feel u mine was 299 and same shit here i messaged them but they act like they cant read emails, but when u purchase there all upon you, and for those saying that they are great , either they lying or getting paid, sassy secret if they stand by their products they should exchange it, or stop advertising fake shit

the wig looked nothing like the picture, but i liked the curl cause it looked like a black females hair texturized. but the shedding, and knotting was ridiculous. not even 2 weeks intoit , i relaxed it n sold it on ebay for 150$ a 200$ loss!
