Had the privellege to interview Greg Jackson on location in Pickering at Ray Wood's World Class Conditioning.

It's a privilege and an honour to spend a few moments with the legendary coach Greg Jackson

Thank you for taking the time to speak with World Fight Products on location at Ray Wood's World Class Conditioning in pickering, ON

You're an elite MMA coach you work with some amazing MMA fighters including Jon Bones Jones, GSP, Carlos Condit, Nate Marquardt, Clay Guida at your facility in Albuquerque New Mexico and you've had some amazing successes, where did it all start? Do you have a fighting background?

What sort of characteristics have you seen with your years of experience that highlight to you whether a fighter is going to be a top level fighter

For fighters starting out what would you recommend that they focus more on, BJJ or Wrestling or would you suggest a more rounded approach? Basically do you feel that having a dominant discipline learned and then learning the rest?

What are your thoughts on the current scoring system 10 Must System. Would you like to see it updated for the sport? Measuring octagon control, strikes, aggression and submission attempts.

What are your thoughts on going to 5 round fights from the older 3 round fights

Are you a fan of MMA and do you have a fighter that you grew up watching?

Working out of Jackson's MMA are there any standout fighters that we should be watching for in the future ?

Jon Jones, George St Pierre, Dana White, The Diaz Brothers, Nate Marquardt. Brian Stann, Diego Sanchez

GSP vs Carlos Condit is slated for early spring due to George being injured. You've worked with and continue to work with both fighters. Recognizing that you wouldn't want to give predictions nor share weaknesses and strengths of each fighter but how do you keep them separated at Jackson's MMA, do you have separate coaches working with them because I can imagine that them being both elite fighters that a fight between them was always a possibility?

You've recently come out with another book. Jackson's MMA: The Ground Game, how did that come about? Kelly Crigger
