@Iloveelhassan Did you say the prayers are at different times each day? I understood that there were 5 set time periods every day (eg from dawn to sunrise) during which the prayer could be carried out. Have I got that wrong? (More importantly, am I teaching my students the wrong thing?)

@sanshaj Well the sun sets and rises at different times everyday... so that changes the prayer times each day. Does that make sense?

Another tip, for people who don't have smart phones (or even people who do have them), is setting up 5 different alarms/notifications for the prayer times of the following day, right before you go to bed. It sets you up for success and makes you more conscience of your plans in the future :)

@e349574MILY - Masha'allah! My advice is to take it slowly. Slowly change thngs like your clothes etc. Make your you pray. And if anyone wants to change YOU just remember that Allah loves you and has called YOU to Islam. He doesn't want you to be a different person. Inshallah he will guide you and make it easy for you. Something that always get me motivated to pray my sunnah prayers is saying to myself, ' what if doing this sunnah prayer makes the difference between you entering heaven.
