  • By the way,garlic must be roasted too. If you don´t roast garlic before, the result will be completely different couse garlic "kill" the flavor of others ingredients..

  • Hey there.One of my favs sauces ever.This is not the original recipe, but is not too bad.I prepare romesco from time to time, so i´ll say you a little trick : is even better if you use 1 part of almond, 2 of hazelnut-hope it helps.
