By the way,garlic must be roasted too. If you don´t roast garlic before, the result will be completely different couse garlic "kill" the flavor of others ingredients..
Hey there.One of my favs sauces ever.This is not the original recipe, but is not too bad.I prepare romesco from time to time, so i´ll say you a little trick : is even better if you use 1 part of almond, 2 of hazelnut-hope it helps.
