A few clips showing off the smart livery that was the Civils sector livery.
First we see 37071 blasting through Hatfield station heading east with a ballast train on the 6th August 1992.
Next clip shows 47315 coming off the Southern at Old Oak with a load of old ballast after a weekends engineering works. 31306 can be glimpsed with an ECS working on the 21st November 1991
Next clip is a rare shot of 50015 earning her keep as a civils loco and is seen departing Newton Abbot with a sandite service bound for Laira on the 10th November 1991.
Next clip shows 26011 and 26036 arriving at Carlisle with a railtour from Manchester Victoria on the 8th August 1992.
Next clip shows 33202 and 33057 pouring on the power near Cowley Bridge Exeter with Exeter Riverside to Meldon quarry trip working filmed on the 27th january 1992.
The final shot is filmed on a hot summers late afternoon and shows 31178 passing through Sutton Park Birmingham with a ballast working heading south filmed on the 13th June 1992.

  • I used to live by a railway line and in the early hours of the morning 33's used to go past with freight. Scary as hell... you'd wake up to the sound of thunder with the entire foundations of the house shaking. Brutal shit Im telling you!!
