I have the A custom mastersound 12" Hi Hats and they are totally killer.
they only made them very briefly I guess..

@109deadman exactly what mine sound like. I took the top off and use it as a trash crash, and put my 14" ZBT crash cymbal on as a top and that crash makes a much better hi hat than the crap that came with my kit.

@Bostonbird733 The pinstripes are a great choice, but currently i am playing with evans G2 clear, and (along with Orings) they give me a monstrous sound.
