Wow, I'm surprised how basic this procedure Seems. Toss on some benzocaine/lidocaine, slap on a guide to give u an idea of what the tooth/gum contour should be, and grab ur scalpel and go to town. Finish up with a lil fine work with ur dremel and scraper. I'm a lil unsure why the gums were reflected back to reach the base of the tooth which then required the need to stitch them up. At least thats what i believe the wire is for. Thanks for sharing, always need to see how a procedure is performed
