I'm starting to think that Namco intended to make Richter/Emil canon, but morality guardians and homophobics would stand in the way, so the decided to create Marta... and intelligent fangirls notice this, and now we ignore Marta (wether she and Emil be the official couple) and concentrate on Richter/Emil >:D

@CeeBear216 You only see them if you do the Richter side quests as you progress in the game. They are optional and easily missed if you don't know about them. I started replaying the whole game when i found out i missed the side quests. I love Richter/Emil!

@Neeshykinz Sidequesting with RIchter starts in chapter 2 when you first reach hakenosia Peak. make sure to enter the house and talk to the guy (Koton) then return in CHapter 4 and you'll see Richter enter the house. after that you are given the option of whetehr you want to talk to Richter or leave him alone. pick the first one and EMil will ditch marta and after a cutscene you're told to go to Asgard.
