chin tuck and effortful swallow on slightly thickened liquids/semi-solids may help to decrease the penetration and aspiration----however this patient had difficulty holding his/her head erect to swallow and may be too tired or cognitively impaired to safely eat at this time. The modifications to swallow should be tried during the study in order for a safe and accurate recommendation for feeding.

Premature spillage in the first swallow into the vestibule (slight) and was cleared in completion of the swallow with strong laryngeal excursion, notable difficulty initiating the swallow lingual pumping, Prompt pharyngeal swallow, penetration but no aspiration on the second swallow
