Audi A6 2.0T CVT 0-226 kph (2009 MY)

Vehicle tested is a fairly new 2009 model Audi A6 2.0T (turbo) with CVT transmission..the best 0-100 time was 9.63 seconds in manual mode and 10.07 in sports mode (S mode), both with ESP/ASR and aircon off...maximum possible speed is 230 kph without aircon; this test was done with aircon running and thus only 226 kph!

For your notice, that car doesn't have CVT-transmission but DSG-automatic transmission. Both Audi and VW have these automatic transmissions within the manuals in their all model of cars, not even one has CVT. DSG stans for Direct-Shift Gearbox, in German: Direkt-Schalt-Getriebe. If you may correct your video title, it would be nice, so others won't be mislead. Thank you!

this car comes with a 7-speed multitronic CVT transmission..check up Audi ME website for more info on the car I tested..

@vivz990 If it is 7-speed it is not CVT my friend :D CVT does^t have gears so there is nothing as (N)-speed in cvt transmission

@alptugay1 : It is CVT with 7 "fake speeds", or pre-defined steps for mimicking manual shifts :) ...i used the term "7-speed CVT" for the laymen to understand :P ...

@vivz990 Even if its CVT, the point is you're running it in tiptronic manual where you change the gears yourself...the viewer wants to see the 'rubberband' CVT effect...which feels awesome and fluidic.... - from A4 3.0 V6 Multitronic
