The water isn't THAT toxic, it is just laden with rust. Use it on your plants. It is simple electrolysis, though. You'd get the same result by dipping a wire in the water as long as you hooked yourself up their so called "ground wire." What their ground wire actually is is the other end of an open circuit. Your feet in the water with their doo-dad close the circuit and the doo-dad rusts in the elecrically charged salt water. You are experienceing a placebo effect.This is 6th grade science.

Try it once without your feet in. it will produce the same shit. it's simple electrolysis for the metals in that prop. search the web for "Electrolysis to remove rust". BTW, this shit water is very toxic.

Finally a video that explains how it works, I have been using it for 3 years and I love the shit out of it. I makes me feel like a million bucks, you can get them on Ebay under, ION Cleanse machine. I have money why would I want to sell the machine? I don't live in China where mine came from so think again naysayers.
