  • guy i respect you for posting this video but sadly you are mistaken i does not matter what the rede says and means when you add "not" to it. It is known to all wiccans that harming anyone for your own selfish benefit is strictly out of the question.

  • @ThatDraiGuy You are wrong. "An it harm none, do what you will" is syntactically identical to "if it's a banana, it's a fruit". You can not infer a negative from a statement "if x, then y" that if it's not "x" then it must be not "y".

If it harms none, do what you want and the Wiccan rede is happy.

If it does harm, then the Wiccan rede has nothing to say about it.

Also, The Wiccan Rede is /advice/ not law.

  • @sceali Check the video responses to this video, sceali.

  • wicca can be adaptive to anyone so not all opinions are wrong. u can choose to interpret how u like but many wiccans do believe that wicca is a nature religion. maybe what u read and who u studied with did not follow that path of wicca?

and also, where did u get the information that said the god and goddess came form italy? i have never heard that anywhere. from books or fellow wiccans.

  • @sceali Video response to this statement forthcoming.

I hear this statement proposed as an argument quite frequently, but it is an incorrect statement.

I will explain in the video why.

  • so...... bananas are bad?

  • bananas aren't fruit...

  • @akariNoRyu what video?

  • @nivenheim what you're talking about in Roman Greek is two neighbouring contemporary cultures.

What you're talking about in Italian Babylonian is two cultures that did not exist at the same time that are seperated by hundreds of miles.

Please stop with the false analogies.

  • @nivenheim Actually, looking at google maps, it's over 1000 miles away.
