2007 Harley Sportster Nightster Screamin' Eagle Mufflers

A sound clip of the street legal Screamin' Eagle Slip-On mufflers. I wanted a sound clip for the screamin' eagle mufflers before I bought them and I had a hard time deciding on them because I couldn't hear them...so here ya go!

No, they aren't loud enough to drown out pipes with no baffles. They do sound good though and the big thing for me is they are street legal. Last thing I need is hassle from the Po Po for illegal pipes

Awsome bike, how did you get the red lettering on the tires,stencil them your self? HD kit?

HD sells three different color paint pens for this purpose. I went with orange for obvious reasons. Cost was about $15 for two pens and about three hours of work; it's incredibly tedious.

those are over priced mufflers it would sound better with some pipes. killer bike though

Thanks. I bought a full exhaust that had the SE slip-ons and heat shields on eBay for $175. Can't beat that. I now have a full stock exhaust to sell and buy some other goodies! :-)

Those sound perfect. Loud pipes suck. They're so fucking annoying. They sound great....for 5 minutes. Then they drive you nuts and annoy the rest of the world with the obnoxious decibels. Don't listen to the idiots who say you need louder pipes.

are screamin eagle mufflers loud? and can the baffles be removed? i need a new muffler for my quad and i found some on ebay i want them to be loud so i can actually hear mine when riding beside someone with an hmf pipe with no baffles..

Screamin' Eagle pipes sound like shit. Get some Rineharts or Rush pipes if you want a good sound.

The video's sound doesn't really do any justice for them. I have them in black, and think the sound is great.

I installed the street legal SE slip-ons recently on my 2010 Iron. Much better than the stock HD mufflers. I'm not getting the same sound as a set of Rineharts, but at least I won't have the local authorities busting my chops.

Also, they do sound much better off-camera(like most other muffs). My camera mic didn't pick-up the lower deeper tone of the muffs.

The dealership sells paint pens of various colors to do the same to your tires. They have orange seen here, white and Goodyear Nascar yellow.
