I have checked other performances Greenwood had of this song on Youtube, NONE of them were anywhere near this good. The recorded version doesn't sound half this good! This was a truly inspired performance. Lee Greenwood is a clutch guy off the bench, he may not have a lot of hits but he came through when it mattered most!

You are likely the first person to post this on Youtube. Of all his performances of this song? NOBODY in the 9 years I've been searching? Posted this Yankee Stadium version and people don't realize that this version was practically right after the attack!
Kudos to you. I hope you or whoever can put out a formal full version of this because it was done in the tone of victory only a month after the attack.
9 years later? We as Americans have that victory.
