The thumbnail looks weird - you should change it. It looks like you are smelling something terrible or smirking or pissed off.

You should roll the collards up so the center stem part is horizontal across the roll instead of vertical. They will stay together better that way and roll easier! Don't you agree?

@eamonchamp it's Linda Loudermilk, Luxury Eco..my all time fav designer ever. her fabrics are organic, sustainable, she even makes fabrics from sea veggies and even wood chips!!!

i made this, i subbed the collard with a green tortilla(healthy) and for the filling i used some left over chili mac made with ground turkey. i also add little low fat mayo. basically the same thing though.

The video looked great, but for some reason Ani's tone of voice seemed a little unnatural and insincere. I still love her, though ;)
