Why is it called Panic puppet? Because it doesn't make any sense. They've done the same with the later stages in past sonic games. i.e. Scrap Brain.

Just a tip for the bosses - only get 1 ring at a time so you have the rest in reserve. How can you play 3D Blast so good with a DPad?

Same way I play everything good with a DPad/Keyboard: by being good at it. It's not even that hard to begin with.
