Every dollar spent is a dollar wasted because ultimately Obamacare will fail. That is certain, whether the Supreme Court declares it unconstitutional as two federal courts already have, or it's overturned by a new Senate Majority and President in 2012 or it simply collapses under the unsustainable bulk of the ineptly crafted policy.
