Yes, I realize that's the hiragana for "ha", not "wa". Don't ask me; it's just how it's written.
The english version of this is pretty close to the direct translation, excluding words like "exactly" and such.

@leeroyleo123 of course the cycle 14 ~ 20 is where Cid is sealed in a nightmarish alternate world where the war didn't end in the 13th. so basically its world B
and incase you didnt know cycle 20 is the main scenario 00 (i'm a dumbass and i don't know the game so i know :P)
Both Cid's and Cosmos's profiles confirm that the real Chaos was killed in the 013 cycle. Chaos's profile also makes mention of Shinryu sealing away Cid after his defeat.
