@yvonneisyvonne I am glad this helped you. It was the first time I made soft mall pretzels, but sometimes it helps to visually see the steps before deciding to make something like this, that is why I decided to film it. :)

@noteslate1 I am not paid by Kitchen Aid or anyone else. I am simply a mom and wife who likes to bake and I enjoy using my Kitchen Aid mixer for baking cookies, cakes, and breads!

A tip -->Just so its easier to work with. After you have shaped all your pretzels. Let them rise, then stick them in the freezer for 1 hour. Now it will be easier to dip the pretzels into your baking soda/water solution. Put them on your parchment and let sit for about 15 minutes so they are defrosted. Less difficult and you end up with pretty pretzels...Then bake! <3
