nice song but the flashing advertisement in the background is a turnoff.

sitka is harder than engelmann...which makes engelmann very responsive when played softly...but you can drive the sitka a little more before it clips (much like an amp would with a lot of gain)....adirondack spruce is even a little more so than sitka...and it is usually more expensive for the really clear adirondack or german spruce

Should i get a sitka spruce or engelmann spruce top? i play alot of blues. and i flatpick and strum alot, more than fingerpicking.

according to his website it is a MG 3.5 which has an Engelmann spruce top and Indian rosewood back and sides.
