i like black lantern firestorm a lot, he really sticks out

There's five human green lanterns actually. (Although one of them Alan Scott, is not with the Corps, and he has a magical ring instead of an Oan one.)
Anyway one of the four other human green lanterns is black yes. John Stewart. They picked him for the Justice League cartoon because they wanted to have a varied cast. (And I think personally it worked out very well.)

@theprimo100 the original is Hal Jordan, white guy. But they replaced him in the new justice league with John Stewart, the black guy. Both awesome characters.
