What do you mean, 'needs to pick'? If he has a contract, agreement, or whatever arrangment with Miles College to be their band director, then that's where he should be.
As for teaching high school stuff to college students, if that's all he knows, then that's all. Either he'll find his way or find work somewhere else.
It could be a possible recruiting angle for former students, too. You never know, though

no the band director needs to pick which school he wants to be at. I have seen it first hand where he would teach J.O stuff to Miles and thats not right. Either he need to pick a school or if all fails Miles needs to oust him and pick a director that can really mold Miles band back the way it was like in 06.

smith was my bd at ensley he was good. I had a feeling I saw MCaphee their before but didnt know if it was him or crumb, he should have stayed instead of minor to me. Chatman helped us out at ensley in 04
