I originally posted this video in response to a video of a Fife and Drum example of "Crazy Army." Not many people are aware that the opening snare part to Electric Wheel Chair is "Crazy Army." So just to clarify, that snare part was born in Fife Corps but now lives in both Drum Corps and Fife Corps.

This just shows how everything is connected and that all drum corps history is only based in modern drum corps as some young people would beleive, influences come from EVERYWHERE! (as most people already know) :-)

  • It's to believe how you can "groove" without moving at all.. lol.

  • @0SukMunky0 they are thinking how to clean up the giant jizz puddle.

  • @tenorplayer1234 I know right.. :(

  • I wonder what the people in the houses are thinking...

  • i no a person that is 12 years old and nows this whole song by heart on tenor and snare and can play it....

  • Thanks, you're on to something there. I think of Tool's song "Stinkfist" when the bass hits those two 16th notes at the beginning of each measure. Haven't heard UMass in a while but I should Google it and see if I can hear the new cadence without having to go out to Western Mass for a football game

  • Nice! At 0:44, the bass line groove sounds a LOT like 'saders 1991 Cadence (I don't remember what it was called, not 'Spider' since that's a different one)...actually maybe I'm thinking of the UMass 1991 drumline cadence...either way, I've heard that groove before, and nice to hear it again, albeit randomly : )

  • I WANT THE MUSIC FOR THIS :)
