The President of Georgia called the statement of Barack Obama in Moscow unconditional support to Georgia !!

Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili called U.S. support for Georgia's territorial integrity "unconditional", commenting on the statement of U.S. President Barack Obama at a joint press conference with his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev in Moscow. President of Georgia made a comment in Vilnius, where he attends the events in honor of the Millennium of Lithuania.

"I can not say that the United States and Russia could agree on any issue. As President Medvedev said, we had a frank discussion on those issues which we can not agree on. We have discussed the issue of Georgia, and I reiterated our firm belief that it is necessary to respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Georgia", - President Obama said at the joint press conference with Dmitry Medvedev held following a meeting on July 6 in Moscow. "We agree that no one is interested in new military conflicts. And in the future, we talk openly to resolve these differences through peaceful and constructive ways", - he added.

The President of Georgia underlined that Obama's statement is support for the territorial integrity of Georgia. «Pay attention to what Obama said about the single contrast with Moscow, and did so openly supporting Georgia's territorial integrity, while at the first meeting the leaders usually do not do so rigid applications», - Saakashvili said.
