I would dare to say without fear of being wrong that Frank Welker's performance as Scooby-Doo is the closest to the original of the late and great Don Messick. Don't know about you, but for me, a total fan of the original series from 1969 and the shows that came later like the new movies and the Scooby show, Frank Welker has been able to change his voice and turn it 360 º to make it sound just as unique as Don Messick's for Scooby-Doo. Welker is way, much, but very much better that Scott Innes
