Unfortunately there are some companies who stil consider anything below tier I as rural (foremost of them being P&G), as a result of which ofcourse they still haven't gotten sense of how to enter markets beyond tier I. its nice. but i would like to contradict that Lucknow is not a village in India or related and far not developed than many places. And will soon become one of the metro-city with its development.
