No, all of the 170 Green Acres episodes were produced in Color. However, some prints have faded color such as this one, and some films of Green Acres on YouTube are in Black & White.
What a classic show! I'm surprised there aren't more clips or even episodes on here. The humour was brilliant in Green Acres - so surreal - and the characters were really interesting, not to mention Arnold the pig.
