In May of 2008 my dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer and was supposed to have about a year to live. One of his bucket list items was to ride shotgun with me at Laguna Seca on my next track event. Unfortunately my next event (Sept 7th) came a little too late. He passed away on August 20th. At the end of the day I still wanted to live up to my part of the deal. Look closely hanging from the rearview and you will see a small cylindrical urn. I guess you can check this one off the list Pops.

  • I'm sorry for your loss.

What's the car you're driving in this video?

  • Tis part of life. :)

1999 Miata. Jackson Racing Supercharger with smaller pulley boosting 6.5 PSI, Racing Beat headers, custom muffler setup, Flyin Miata springs, KYB adjustable shocks, Hawk blue brake pads up front and black in the rear....and all still 100% street legal. :)
