If you are still not a believer after watching this video, please let us know what would convince you. Without equal, this is the best door security product that you can buy. The contractor that did this test laughed out loud when he learned he would be doing this test. So did the Memphis Police Officer, who could not be shown on camera. The door was hit more than 20 times with the battering ram before it broke. Door Jamb Armor never failed! We have never claimed to stand up to a battering ram. NO OTHER PRODUCT HAS EVER STOOD UP TO THIS KIND OF INDEPENDENT TEST!
Door Jamb Armor will take about an hour to install. If you are a do-it yourselfer, you may want to consider EZ Armor, which is much easier to install.

@barnabyray11
but head, drug dealers armeor their doors with steel plates
that's why police really use modified shotguns loaded with deer slugs to force entry by destroying the lock

@barnabyray11 My mom was the victim of a home invasion. She was able to actually run over the top of the men who broke her door down because they fell over when the door fell in. Why would you jump to thinking of drug dealers and cops instead of the most common need for this door which is security for the average citizen? The police have plenty of time to break into your home but you choose to feel sorry for them? You must be a pig.

Wonderful. Now the drug dealers have a way for S.W.A.T. to take time in cutting the door down or pulling it open or busting thru it... but if its metal or etc it will be much harder........ soo now theres this.... nice job.

Steel Door Armor is still better, easier to install, and i can remove it, take it with me when i move without any hassle.

@ markpearson89, yes it is pretty cool. You can buy steel doors that look like wood also. Even if a criminal did get through you would probably have enough time to call the police and have your firearm loaded and ready to defend yourself.

Obviously you would have to weigh the risks. If you think a fire or some other problem is going to be more common than a burglar or assailant then you might not want a door with such security.
However, windows are still capable of being knocked in.

So say my dog or elderly mom was in danger? A neighbor or stranger cant get in to help before emergency response personnel arrive.
Which brings how would emergency response personnel gain access if a fire blocks window access?
Plus I just dont think and average homeowner could install this, would take hiring a contractor, which would be more fees.

Wow. That's fantastic if you live in a bad neighborhood. I think a bigand strong enough criminal might be able to get through eventualy, but it should give you enough time to call the police and have them arrive and deal with the person. Also, imagine if you had a door constucted of steel. I don't think a 300 pound nutcase on crack and steriods could get through.
