Have you attempted to pull the disconnects under load? I understand arcing can be a real problem when using breakers and disconnects not made special for DC.
Good story about how you got started with some Harbor Freight panels. Very informative. Did not know you'd be able to connect with the grid. What do you figure tiyr payback period would be.
hey just to let you know its not the volts that drop its the watts with solar panels bro so you may want to run a test on it and compare to the other ones but i do like the set up man......

how long will you be able to run off those batteries for? do you have a lot of air cons? fridges etc?
