@TheMrtaco6 Again, Dragon Capture Jar does not target. It is a general effect. If it was a targeting effect, it would say something along the lines of "select one of your opponent's dragon-type monsters." Targeting requires the player to pick a card. Dragon Capture Jar does not do that, therefore Lord of D. does not stop Dragon Capture Jar.
