Sewing a blanket stitch

Sorry for the poor video quality. I hope to do a new one better at some point. I taught myself this stitch so the technique may be wrong. But it has worked fo me so it might work for you.

I have been trying to remember from my school days( which wasn't yesterday !) how to do this stitch.  Thanks for the demonstration, I thought that was the way.
