Hey Nate, thanks for the info.  I just changed my first serp belt on the F-250 7.3 IDI. I couldn't figure out how to get the darn thing on there with the tensioner. Saw your video and ran to get my ratchet. Didn't even finish the clip.

How long does it take to change one on a 2003 Kia Rio? I was told at a garage it takes a goodvpart of the day. Is that about four hours or so?

removed my first one today on a 1999 ford ka, the bolts were far too rusky, we had to remove the whole alternator, so it was abit awkward removing the belt for the first time for me :)
