  • @pscoady He explains why he prefers the second row to bind in from the sides in his video about lock binding.

  • "not bad"?? no,its terrible. i wouldn't be surprised if most of these guys pick up injuries. Firstly the binding is shocking from the front row They aren't tight enough therefore not square, the locks have the worst set up i have ever seen. they have to be just as tight as front row and should join scrum from back instead of side so they r square. and most importantly their backs. they bend to much, more individual coaching is needed to help the technique don't chuck them straight into a scrum
