This was such a great game. I was upset that my state lost but it was a fantastic comeback. Wonderful to watch. I was so glad I stayed up to watch this match.
i think Trinidad should seriously consider playing cricket as a sovereign nation..as well as other islands if they can put up a good team....i think it will help boosting cricket in the region because of the newborn rivalry
it has been solved and they are all playing in australia. thats why the ones who arnt in india are playing in the west indies in their own domestic competitions.
First of all, this team consist of men that are treated badly by West Indians and West Indian selectors...Dave Mohammed, Samuel Badree (ignored by selectors), Daren Ganga (undermined by many on the team in England, maligned by West Indians) Adrian Barath (on the bench, but was booted out of a hotel when he decided to side with WIPA), Simmons (dropped by Gayle after he started to come into his own) Perkins (constantly ignored in 20/20 for Xavier Marshall. This is about T&T NOT West Indies.
Samuel Badree: bcos a person whos played 12 FC matches and averages 37 in bowling should be playing international cricket? Simmons coming into his own? he averages 14 and 20 in test and ODI's respectively... i do agree there is far more unity and pride in TnT compared to WI.
Gayle did not drop simmons- stop spreading rumours, the team for the INDIA odi was selected immediately after the tests in ENgland, not after simmons performed in the T@) world cup. I agree that Perkins deserve to play but samuel Badree certainly cannot play over Benn at this point. Ganga -good captin ,but cant bat, he simply cant bat and it makes no sense picking a captain who cant lead from the front with the bat. great going by TANDT just shows that there is nota lack of talent in the region
