@DarkPrinceNH5570 I heard that an anime called 'Escape From Earth' was in development, but it turned out to be a rumour.
Kind of glad in a way. I'm sick of good stuff getting cheap anime spin-offs (Chronicles of Riddick: Dark Fury, anyone?).
They should make a fuckin' live action, RIGHT NOW. Escape from USA, Escape from Earth, whatever it is just make sure Kurt Russell and Carpenter are back and I'll be happy. :)

@HOLOKRON There were talks to have the guy from 300 be Snake but Kurt Russell didn't like the choice at all. He said that Snake is suppose to be an American outlaw and that he should be played by an American. I agree with him. Snake is the anti-hero american we all wish we could be. They are seriously considering Josh Brolin for the role. I think Kurt Russell should just play Snake one more time even if he is getting close to 60 years old. Kurt Russell IS Snake Plissken.
