just beautiful. 'Tenderly' is one of my favorite songs and I loved your grandfather's interpretation. it was so gentle, so 'tender'. loved the vintage video also; suits the songs so well. thanks for sharing your lovely family treasure.

A lovely rendition. I'm the niece of Walter Gross, who wrote the music. FYI, he had no middle name. Wikipedia was wrong (I corrected it.) "Walter Lloyd Gross" is on a list at the Library of Congress; he puclished two books on shorthand transcription. Uncle Walter used the middle initial "K" ; K stood for "Kalish," his birth father's name. His mother's 2nd husband, William Gross, adopted him; hence the name Walter Gross.
