  • sad, but true. when some people in this country see nice things that took a lot of time to put together, they just have to f*** it up. i'm afraid such a thing can only work in asian countries where people usually have a much higher respect for others property.

  • What would happen to the employment rate in Korea?

  • I OBJECT STRONGLY TO THE NOTION THAT KOREANS ARE ONLY THE 2ND MOST HARD-WORKING PEOPLE IN THE WORLD!!! I CHALLENGE WHICHEVER COUNTRY THAT THINKS THEY ARE NO.1 TO AN ONLINE DEATHMATCH!!!

...on the other hand, I'm saddened that we basically have no lives of our own... :P

  • mediaremoteon com

    try this one

  • Nothing, the work would just change to packing and shipping.

  • As a promotion of online sales i can understand this (if it stays on promo only). Yes, it is a huge waste of space, thats why i am against it.

  • And yet it's plainly stated that they're having a huge success with online sales because of this promotion. Eventually they'll do away with the walls of products, because, as mentioned, they're limited in space. A sales floor is a huge waste of space compared to a warehouse, especially as automation improves and warehouses can grow vertically without human limitation.

Also, 91% of S. Koreans have Smartphones/mobile web...

  • "To ease in the people who aren't used to shopping online", yeah right. Everyone who got smart phone and can scan codes, will be able to learn to shop online. So what you say doesnt make sense at all. If you want wall of products go to a real store, if you want virtual products, buy online, period.

  • Check out the Eyetap and it's mission to reclaim vision and personal space.

*you* can say when it stops, by controlling your end. Don't complain, adapt and overcome.

  • You realize you can, right? That this is a way to get people to use the online shopping? That you don't need to QR codes you can just shop in thier store like you would any online retailer?

  • To ease in the people who aren't used to shopping online, who are used to the walls of products instead of a computer screen. You don't have to use the virtual product walls at all, but they're a good way to show people how things work in a setting they already know.

Did you know you can buy your groceries online in most cities in the US? Did you not know because they never advertise it? Hmm... makes sense?

  • As if Koreans weren't boss enough already.
