I didn't like the game but the soundtrack is absolutely amazing. This one and Balmorra intro is by far my favorite.

@DigitalOberon Seconded wholeheartedly!

@DigitalOberon Totally agree!

@DigitalOberon no shit, during beta I noticed the music. someone did damn well on the WHOLE thing, not just a few tracks. The music totally makes the game

@Throthgar My hope is that Bioware will put in a continuous music track and transition between pieces as environment or conversation dictates. I am almost 100% positive that is the reason why the music doesn't loop - because they want to have certain pieces of music play in certain areas, and also don't want the music to intrude on the cutscenes.
Transition between pieces, Bioware, and cut off the music before conversations. That would be so much better than not hearing this beautiful music.

Indeed, that was one of my recurring feedback points in Beta - Lovely music - not enough of it.
In the Beta I literally heard one piece of music on Tython, that was a short piece during the Jedi Temple. Nothing on Ord Mantell, and very rarely on Coruscant.
With release it is a little better, you might hear music upon entering a new zone, but generally for no more than 10 minutes per hour ='{

@DigitalOberon YESH...YESH

@CasepbX If I had one gripe as a fan of SWTOR and of orchestral music, it is that sometimes it feels like this incredible soundtrack is used TOO sparsely in the game. Believe me, when you hear something incredible like this piece, then suddenly you hear nothing but your own footsteps, it is jarring.
Bioware, please, PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, make a looping option for the ingame score. I want to hear this beautiful music playing continuously. I want to hear this, not my own footsteps.
STOP TEASING ME BIOWARE
